1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inner Voice AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inner Voice AI is an AI-powered habit coaching platform. It provides personalized daily check-ins, habit recommendations, and progress tracking through a web dashboard and Telegram bot. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching content based on your self-reported data and connected integrations.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health routine. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

6. Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party services (Google, Telegram, Betterness). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

Coaching responses are generated by AI models (Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock). While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should use your own judgment when acting on any AI-generated recommendations.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Inner Voice AI. Your coaching data and personal information remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
